AXZN
Needle axial cylindrical roller bearings

The AXZN are precision bearings, for example for screw drivers and ball screws. They consist of double-direction axial cylinder roller and cage assemblies that are fed radially through a needle bearing. This bearing is suitable for axial as well as radial loads or to receive tilting moments. After pre-loading the bearing with a precision nut (available from myonic), the bearing has no axial clearance.

This series is not screw-on. In case of inadequate axial support, this type series is constructed with a long shaft washer (suffix L), which also serves to generate a sealing track.

Measurement and dimensional precision:
axial P4 in accordance with DIN 620,
radial P6 in accordance with DIN 620

Permissible operating temperature:
-30°C to +120°C

Bearing clearance radial:
C2 in accordance with DIN 620

Axial run-out rotating interior ring:
up to d 70mm <1µm /
over d 70mm <2µm


AXZF

the AXZF are precision bearings, for example for screw drivers and ball screws. They consist of double-direction axial cylinder roller and cage assemblies that are fed radially through a needle bearing. This bearing is suitable for axial as well as radial loads or to receive tilting moments.
After pre-loading the bearing with a precision nut (available from myonic), the bearing has no axial clearance.

This series can be screwed on to the anchor points in the exterior ring. In case of inadequate axial support, this type series is constructed with a long shaft washer, which also serves to generate a sealing track.

To be able to form a simple sealing unit, a seal carrier assembly DRS (consisting of sealing flange, rubber flange seal, radial shaft sealing ring and matching screws) is recommended (available from myonic). This is attached to the outside ring and seals the bearing from the outside.
