
In 2011 we decided to start the internal strategic project „Attractive Employer“ in order to actively work on our workplace culture and to improve our quality as an employer. Programs and innovations such as preventive health management, new catering in the canteen, management trainings, introduction of new ways of communication and so on resulted from this project; new measurements are constantly implemented. As it is important for us to measure and compare ourselves in the benchmark we participate in the Great Place to Work® competition in regular periods.
The basis of assessment is a detailed anonymous survey with all employees concerning central workplace topics such as trust, identification, team spirit, professional development, payment, health promotion and work-life balance. Furthermore, the quality of measurements in human resources and management work is assessed in detail.
Great Place to Work® is an international research and consulting institute which has supported companies of all sizes and industries in around 50 countries worldwide for 25 years in creating a staff-oriented and successful workplace culture.
Apart from individual analysis and consulting services concerning the further development of workplace quality and employer attractiveness, the institute regularly identifies very good employers and introduces them to the public within over-regional, regional and trade-specific benchmark investigations and employer competitions.
