Award Winners Apprenticeship Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Training as the Key to the Future – IHK Award Ceremony 2025
On November 20, 2025, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Bodensee-Oberschwaben honored the top apprentices of the year at a festive award ceremony. Markus Brunnbauer from the IHK opened the event and emphasized the importance of qualified professionals for the regional economy.
The musical opening was provided by a trombone trio from the Ravensburg Music School, which set the celebratory tone with two atmospheric pieces. Afterwards, Stefanie Reich, a member of the IHK General Assembly, addressed the guests with a welcome speech. She highlighted how crucial solid vocational training is for the competitiveness and innovative strength of companies: “Our apprentices are the skilled workers of tomorrow – they secure the success of our region.”
Many outstanding apprentices were honored
The highlight of the evening was the recognition of the best performers: Out of a total of 2,103 graduates, 116 apprentices achieved exceptional results – at least 92 out of 100 possible points in their final exams. This places them among the top 6 percent of their class.
The certificate presentation was particularly entertaining: Wolfgang Heyer, a well-known poetry slammer in Swabian dialect, guided the ceremony with wit and charm. The award winners were called to the stage in their respective occupational groups and received a certificate along with a power bank as a gift.
Four award winners from our team
We at myonic are especially proud of our four award winners, who set standards with their commitment and skills:
• Matthias Buchbinder, Industrial Mechanic
• Andrej Diyachenko, Machine and Plant Operator
• Denis Sabahoglu, Machine and Plant Operator
• Joel Schmidt, Industrial Clerk
Their success demonstrates how important training is for the future of our company and the entire region. All four have been taken on by myonic, and Andrej even started a second apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic in September.
To conclude the celebration, guests enjoyed a delicious buffet, providing an opportunity for networking and sharing in the joy of these achievements.
Congratulations to all award winners – you are the skilled workers of tomorrow!
