Thanks to our many years of experience in the development of bearings for a wide range of applications and uses, we are able to offer more than the optimum combinations of materials, lubricants and coatings.
Thanks to our highly flexible manufacturing, we can also implement special geometries and bearing designs that cannot be found in any standard catalogue.

Bearing cartridges/superduplex bearings

In addition to the standard range of ball bearings, myonic offers a large number of special bearings, some of which are specially manufactured to meet the customer’s requirements and precisely fit the application in question. These bearings include our superduplex bearings.

These are double-row deep groove or angular contact ball bearings with a split inner or outer ring. Similar to a matched deep groove or angular contact ball bearing, a defined axial preload is set in a superduplex bearing via the split ring. This offers considerable advantages in handling and assembly of the bearings.

As a further integrated bearing unit, we offer so-called bearing cartridges. These are pre-assembled and ready-to-assemble units with usually two bearing positions. The main area of application for these assemblies is exhaust gas turbochargers for internal combustion engines.
Our bearing units help to increase engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

Customer-specific adjacent contours

On request, myonic manufactures special bearings that individually take into account the specific requirements of our customers.

In particular, we can incorporate the shapes and geometries of our customers’ adjacent construction into the design of our miniature ball bearings.

Together with our customers, our application and development engineers work out the best technical and most cost-efficient solution.
