myonic ranks among the best employers in 2026

myonic has been recognized by Great Place to Work® in three industry and regional competitions as one of the best employers: Best Employers Allgäu 2026, Best Employers Great Start! (award for training companies), and Best Employers Manufacturing & Industry 2026. In the latter category, myonic even achieved 3rd place within its size group!

These awards reflect the company’s strong commitment to creating a trusting and supportive workplace culture. More than 1,000 companies took part in the competitions.

The awards were preceded by a representative employee survey and a culture audit conducted in autumn 2025. Both assessments included questions focusing on trust in leadership, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect, and employees’ sense of belonging to the company.

Particularly noteworthy is the strong identification of myonic employees with the product (90% approval) and an excellent welcoming culture for new employees (92% approval). Also remarkable are the 100% approval ratings from trainees across many aspects of their apprenticeship. Employees also confirmed that values such as safety, quality, team spirit, and a positive working atmosphere hold a high priority at myonic.

Since 2011, myonic has participated regularly and successfully in the Great Place to Work® competitions, as the company values measurable results and benchmarking. Through projects and targeted initiatives, myonic continuously works to further enhance its workplace culture.
