myonic is one of Germany’s best employers 2024

myonic has been awarded as one of the best employers in the state competition “Germany’s Best Employers 2024” by Great Place to Work® with the 13th place in the 251 – 500 employees size category. The award stands for special commitment to creating a trusting and supportive culture of cooperation within the company and reinforces the corporate culture practiced at myonic. A total of 438 283 employees from 1 054 companies took part.

At the beginning of March, myonic was already awarded as one of the best employers in our federal state Baden-Württemberg (1st place), in the Allgäu region (3rd place) and “Manufacturing & Industry” (4th place) in the respective size category. We are proud to have achieved excellent rankings in all Great Place to Work competitions!

The competition was preceded by a representative employee survey and a culture audit in fall 2023. In both surveys, questions were asked on the focus topics of trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company.

Particularly noteworthy is the 94% agreement of myonic employees to the following question: “All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work” – which is well above the benchmark value!

Our employees also confirmed that values such as flexibility, quality and trust are very important to the company.

Since 2011, myonic has regularly and successfully entered the Great Place to Work® competition, as measurability and benchmarking are important to us. We continuously work on improving our workplace culture through projects and targeted measures.

These awards confirm that we are on course to be and remain an attractive employer.
