Apprentice Team Event

A weekend full of team spirit, exciting challenges, and fresh ideas.

At this year’s apprentice team event, our apprentices spent a weekend together focused on teamwork, networking, and exchanging ideas.

The event began with a getting-to-know-you bingo, providing a relaxed and enjoyable opportunity for everyone, especially the new apprentices, to get to know one another better. This was followed by a company quiz, where participants had the chance to put their knowledge of myonic to the test.

On Saturday, the group reached new heights during a climbing activity. Alongside the sporting challenges, various team tasks encouraged collaboration and problem-solving. Trust, communication, and mutual support were essential for successfully completing the challenges and further strengthening team spirit.

In addition, the apprentices collected ideas for future apprentice activities and developed creative approaches to inspire even more young people to start an apprenticeship at myonic.
