Digital holiday offer

During the Easter holidays, our employees’ children explored many exciting scientific phenomena from everyday life through the digital holiday program WELTENTDECKER@HOME, offered by the Baden-Württemberg Business Education Association (Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e. V.). Over four days, experienced educators from the Family Service of the Bildungswerk guided elementary school children in the virtual classroom at their home PCs each morning, conducting numerous experiments, quizzes, and interactive competitions.

In advance, the families received a “Discovery Box” filled with various materials to actively explore the following modules in small groups:

▪ “Around the World in 90 Minutes” – Exciting discoveries on our world journey
▪ Cast off! We discover in all weather conditions!
▪ All children can create art. Let’s discover old masters and create new works
▪ “Houston, do you copy?” – Exciting discoveries about space exploration

The feedback from the seven children and their parents was excellent – this format successfully combined holiday fun, educational value, and social interaction!
