Educational Partnerships

As part of our educational partnerships, the 2nd grade of Gebrazhofen Elementary School visited myonic, and our apprentices attended the Career Day at Kißlegg Secondary School.

We were delighted to welcome 20 children from Gebrazhofen Elementary School to our company premises in mid-July, under the best weather conditions. After a breakfast break with buttered pretzels outdoors, the students were able to get an overview of the company during a tour. Afterwards, each student crafted their own solar-powered airplane in the training workshop, of course with the support of myonic apprentices. The educational partnership was established in 2011 with the Gebrazhofen Primary, Secondary, and Middle School (GHWRS), and it continues today with Gebrazhofen Elementary School.

Our trainer, Bernd Koslowski, along with two of his apprentices, visited slightly older students during the Career Day at Kißlegg Secondary School. Various companies had the opportunity to present themselves in a classroom setting for 30 minutes. The 9th-grade students were able to learn about potential apprenticeship professions, examine different workpieces and products from the myonic apprenticeship program, and ask the apprentices questions. This educational partnership was only established last summer.
